Nominate A Pharmacist! 

Do you know of a colleague that goes above and beyond the call of duty for the profession? These individuals do so much that all pharmacists benefit from – whether it is fighting for legislation, setting a stellar example with patient care, creating unique practice models or shining a bright light on the profession. Distinguished Young Pharmacist - Award Criteria

• Degree in Pharmacy received within the last 10 years (2017 graduation date or later).
• Licensed and in good standing to practice in New York State.
• Current membership and participation in the Pharmacists Society of the State of New York.
• Participate in national pharmacy associations, professional programs, and/or community service.

Jack V. Nicolais Spirit of Pharmacy Award - Award Criteria

This award is presented to a member in good standing for at least 3 consecutive years, presenting a favorable impression of pharmacy to the public, performed service to the profession of pharmacy or pharmacy organization and aided in the preservation or advancement of community pharmacy.
