IPRO, the federally funded Quality Improvement Organization for New York State, reviews concerns about the quality of medical care received in all health care settings and works with providers to improve care for future patients.

As pharmacists, many of you often hear of or notice quality of care issues in your everyday dealings with Medicare beneficiaries. We invite you to support IPRO with its campaign to increase awareness of the quality of care concern process among Medicare beneficiaries, their families and caregivers.

IPRO is producing magnets for distribution to beneficiaries, including our Web site (www.YourHealthYourVoice.org) and toll-free number (1-866-391-4682.  We request that you display and distribute them in your pharmacies.
