Target Audience: This program is targeted to pharmacists in all practice settings.

  • Review a pharmacist workload and its effect on patient safety of medications; - describe intentional blindness and ways to avoid it;
  • Recognize common errors in electronic prescriptions and identify the appropriate interventions needed.
