At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:

Describe the public health implications for pharmacy based point of care testing and health screening;
- Discuss safety precautions for performing point of care tests in a pharmacy;
- Review types of point of care tests available and the techniques required for each test;
- List tools available for pharmacists starting point of care services.
