·        Define preventable adverse events and the impact on professionals and patients;

·        Review process-related approach to preventable adverse events (or errors);

·        List the status and impact of the Collaborative Drug Therapy Management (CDTM) Law

·        Identify the Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM) legislative proposal;

·        Identify the differences between Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM) from Collaborative Drug Therapy Management (CDTM);

·         List the impact of CMM on chronic diseases encountered in community pharmacy practice.
